💡 How to Use
Selection
- • Check/uncheck orders to include/exclude them
- • Individual items can be selected independently
- • Items with 0 quantity are automatically excluded
- • 🔴 Red background = zero quantity (won't export)
- • 🟡 Yellow background = missing SKU (cannot be selected)
- • 🟣 Purple background = filtered out by whitelist/blacklist
- • 🟢 Green background = selected for export
- • Missing SKU items are disabled - SKU Vault requires valid codes
SKU Filters
- • Upload CSV files with SKU or Alternate Code column
- • ✅ Whitelist: Only these SKUs are selected by default
- • ❌ Blacklist: All SKUs except these are selected
- • Multiple filter files can be uploaded
- • If no filters: all valid SKUs are selected
- • Filter status shown in SKU column
- • Filtered items cannot be manually selected
Configuration
- • Set prefix/suffix for all Order IDs
- • Edit quantities before export
- • Orders are collapsible for easy navigation
- • "Select All" / "Deselect All" for bulk operations
